Glintmark is an iOS app published by HZHLLC. It lets you create, save, and share quote cards.
We collect no personal information. Specifically:
All cards you create — including text, background choices, and style settings — are stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage. They are never uploaded to a server or synchronized to any cloud service by Glintmark.
If you have iCloud Backup enabled in iOS Settings, your device backups (which may include Glintmark data) are governed by Apple's privacy policy, not ours.
If you choose to use a photo from your library as a card background, Glintmark requests read access to your Photos library. This image is loaded directly onto your card and stored locally on your device. It is never uploaded anywhere.
You can revoke photo access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.
Glintmark includes an optional "Paste & Parse" feature that uses an external AI service (OpenRouter) to extract quote text, attribution, and source from clipboard content you paste.
When you use this feature:
If you prefer not to use this feature, you can type your quotes manually. The parser is never invoked automatically.
When you export or share a card, Glintmark renders it as an image file and hands it to iOS's standard share sheet. Where that image goes — whether to Instagram, Messages, Photos, or anywhere else — is your choice and governed by those platforms' policies, not ours.
Beyond the optional AI parser described above, Glintmark does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
Background photos in the app are loaded from picsum.photos, a free image service. When the app loads a background photo, your device makes a standard network request to their servers. We do not control or have access to their server logs.
Glintmark does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
If we materially change this privacy policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will note them in the App Store release notes.
